With effect from 1 July 2011 Andreas Wilhelm Kraut will take on the chairmanship of the management. That is the result of the meeting of the supervisory board on 15 April 2011. Therefore for the first time in 15 years, a shareholder and member of the founding family in the fifth generation will once again be at the peak of the company.
