Frutarom Savory Solutions' Piccantos range is targeted at the out-of-home market - especially catering companies and canteens. All variants are ready-to-use and, depending on the sauce in question, contain harmoniously adjusted herbs, spices or vegetable slices. This results in both a home-made appearance and taste.
Coinciding with the launch of the new sauces, the company has enhanced the shelf life of the complete range. Now, all Piccantos sauces can be stored for up to nine months, even though they are completely free from preservatives.
All of the sauces are stable in terms of cooking and freezing and are suitable for preparing in the microwave. They are available in 5 kg recloseable packs that allow for simple and precise dosage.
Currently, the Piccantos range comprises six ready-to-use sauces: As well as the two new variants, there is a brown sauce for roast dishes, a sauce with mushrooms which is particularly suitable for schnitzels, a tomato sauce and a sauce with slices of bell pepper.
